Additionally experienced in Passenger Transportation, Inventory, Corporate Payroll, Pharmaceutical, Health Care and Trading systems.
A Mechanical Engineer specialising in Production Management and a post-graduate in Management Studies (Operations Research) from Bombay University, with over 30 years of IT Infrastructure and Operations Management experience, primarily in the BFSI domain across India and the Middle East. Core competencies include Data Centre Management, IT Operations Management, the ITIL Framework, Process Re-engineering, Cost Rationalisation, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity, Operations Risk, and Incident & Problem Management. One of the first select certified ITIL Managers in the Middle East.
A Bachelor of Science specialising in Physics from Bombay University, with over 29 years of IT Applications, Hardware and Firmware design and troubleshooting experience, primarily in the BFSI domain across India, the USA and the Middle East. Core competencies include Assembly Programming, Data Centre process automation via firmware upgrades, hardware and software re-engineering, innovative design, Systems Availability Management, Problem Management, and Mobile applications using GPRS. A pioneer in the creation of the CAAST Machines used by Citibank India.
